I came to Williamsburg from the metro Atlanta area. I have a BBA from West Georgia College. Prior to real estate, my business experience included accounting, mortgage banking and executive leadership in a not-for-profit.
My husband, Tommy is also a licensed Virginia Realtor, a professional photographer and FAA Part 107 commercial drone operator. He assists me in marketing, technology and innovation. His background includes an MBA from Emory University and 18 years executive experience in banking and banking software and technology. Prior to that, he was a CFO of a multi-family real estate development company in Atlanta.
We have one son, Ian, got his BA in International Studies and German at Virginia Tech (GO HOKIES!) and is currently pursuing his Master's in Political Science.

Associate Broker – In addition to normal real estate salesperson licensing requirements, Virginia requires brokers to have spent at least 3 years out of the last 4 actively working in real estate, take over 180 hours of course work, and pass a rigorous broker exam. Annually, brokers are required to complete an additional 24 hours of continuing education including classes in the following:
